Simple Journal

I found the inspiration for this journal on the website of one of my local scrapbook stores. Looked pretty cool. I initially thought of putting it on canvas but by the time I actually started it, I had forgotten about the canvas and decided to use my BIA! The paper is from the remaining pieces of the Teresa Collins kit I used on the previous book of my son. Now I can finally throw away the rest! Job well done (all during my son's 2 hour nap time too!) It really WAS that simple!!!

Additional Supplies:
Tim Holtz fragments
Ranger Glossy Accents
Bind it All (BIA) & BIA Rings

Mini Album

I had my friend Kelley over on Friday night to scrap with me. We had a good time giggling at anything and everything! She was very productive and I, well, I started yet another project... BUT I did finish (or almost finish) it! As I stated in one of my earlier posts, I need to use up all of the paper from a kit- or throw it away. So, I decided to use it up. It was one of Teresa Collins's lines which I loved. Of course, the book is once again about Ace, my beloved 2 1/2 yr old.

Altered CD Tin

Here's a fabulous gift I made for my mom's birthday (which is actually TODAY!). It's a CD tin and it has pages added inside to hold pics and journaling, etc. Turned out great! Has pics of my parents and my mom with myself and my 3 younger brothers as we were growing up. Even has a pic of her with her first Grandson! What a special gift!

Boy am I busy!

Hey Fans- Please don't worry, I am still around! I've been so busy since Scrapbook Camp that I haven't even had time to post.
I know I mentioned before Scrap Camp that I would be making things with my new beloved bird paper, but unfortunately- it never came out of the box. It's amazing how much paper one can accumulate without even realizing! I did get tons of pages done and had a blast with my girl friends. SO... until I have time to upload my newest creations, I thought I'd at least give you a quick pic of what the scrap space looked like at camp this year. I am not in the picture, so don't strain yourself searching for me. Fall camp in the first weekend in Oct and I am really looking forward to it. It's in a new location this time but I'm sure I'll love it just as much.
